Mission Anti-Jiggle Day Three

No exercise for me again today, nor do I have scale yet! Doing well on eating though

Well, once again I was thwarted by the evile! rain and could not make it outside for my walk. I could have done a walk excersize program inside via the Excersize OnDemand channel, but I scored some new projects today, so I kinda screwed myself.

If you are super, super busy how do you manage to stay on track? I mean, I know I will lose some weight just by eating healthier, but what if you can’t excersize as often as you want to?

Also, my days aren’t like normal peoples days. I’m up at about 10:30/11am and stay away until 3/3:30am. I usually don’t eat my first meal of the day until 12/1pm and than at 5:30pm, and by 9pm I am starving again, so that is when my dinner time is. I know your metabolism(sp?) slows down at night, but if you don’t have a normal schedule does this still effect you?

I’m so confused. I also started this Special K thing where you eat two bowls a day and than have one regular meal. Let’s see if that works…
