Mission Anti-Jiggle: Day Two
Well, it’s supposed to be the week one weigh in for the-diet, but I don’t have a scale yet!
Haha. I usually weigh myself on Saturday when I visit my parent’s but I didn’t go up there this weekend. Hopefully David will bring home a scale for me tonight, or get one tommorrow!

I am re-measuring myself tonight though to ensure my measurements are correct in the first place. I found this diagram which shows you exactly where to measure for which parts. So my new measurements are as follows:
Height:5′8″ I’m a liar. I’m apparently only 5′6″
Weight: 164ish??
Bust: 16″
Waist: 33″
“Upper” Hip: 38″
“Lower” Hip: 42″
Thigh Diameter: 23″
Arm Diameter: 12″
BMI: 26.5
I’m not sure if those decreases had to do with wrong measurements, or actual loss. Either way, cool!
My goal weight is 130lbs by September 1st 2006. According to FitDay I need to lose almost 3lbs a week to succeed.
My path is as follows:
Lower calorie intake. According to this site I should be intaking about 1200-1500 calories a day to have a healthy weight loss. I’m currently consuming less than 1000 most days, so not good! With fitday I’ve been able to monitor my intake better, so this will work much better than my previous attempts of just avoiding food all together.
And I’m also really considering joining Weight Watchers. What is the consensus on this? I know it works for a lot of people, but is this whole points phenomenom worth the hassle?
