Mission Anti-Jiggle: Day One
And it’s the first day on “the diet”. Some minor setbacks and a realization. Also set up a the-diet RSS feed (which you can see a list of to the left).
Well, I realize why I am still not losing weight, regardless of the fact that I cut my caloric intake. I’m not burning even half of what I intake, even if I am taking in less than 900 calories a day! Today was supposed to be my first day of consistent walking but of course David forgot to leave me the car keys and the baby’s stroller was in the trunk… So I took 30 minutes to figure out this sling thing, but it still didn’t seem right, even when I followed the directions. Since the time I spent figuring out the dumb sling wasted my walking time I went over to pick up my son from school. After picking him up I managed to drag him around the block one time, but he wouldn’t keep up, and of course true to 4 year old form whined the whole way around… tommorrow’s another day though.
Also, I realize a lot of my “weight” or jiggle has to do with the fact that my stomach was extremely stretched out (I had a 8lb 9 oz boy and a 9lb 4oz girl) so I have to start doing some exersizes to remedy this as well.
I’ve made a policy of no juice after 8pm as well. Only water.
Gonna go do some excersizes to make up for not walking.
What I’ve eaten today:
1 slice of mozerella cheese
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 cup of chocolate milk
1 bowl of broccoli with butter and salt
And I’m about to have a cup of OJ
