9rules Prelim List

9rules Network has posted up their round 4 preliminary list of 111 (good number!) blogs accepted into the network.
Fantastic. A lot of blogs I have already been reading have been added, as well as some that look great. Out of exactly 700 submission they whittled the list down to the best 111. Now, I must resume looking through the lists… to bad they urls weren’t links :P Oh, I’m lazy.
